E-Design Décor Package
(individual room)
$500.00 CAD
(Plus applicable taxes)
This décor package is for an individual room. If the room is a smaller space such as a hallway, foyer or laundry room it will be reviewed on a case by case basis. Three or more rooms receives a discount of $150.

Floor plan with furniture, area rug, light fixtures and one revision, if needed

One plan presentation

Measurements: All measurements for the E-design packages are expected to be taken and sent by client. You will receive a "Measurement Guide" by email as part of the package.
Revisions: All packages come with a fix amount of revisions. Further revisions will have an hourly fee charge of $100/hr.

How it works
Project Schedule
Step 1
Schedule a Pre Consult
A quick 10 minute call to find out the scope of your project and to find out if our services are suitable for you.
Step 2
Proposal, Agreement &Â Payment
Receive your service agreement document outlining the scope of work, fees, and agreement. Please note full payments must be received to start the E-design project and fees are non-refundable after 24hrs.
Step 3
Complete your Design Questionnaire
Fill out the design questionnaire that will be sent to your email. Send images of your space and inspirational photos.
This is where we’ll get to know more about you and your dream space.
Step 4
Consultation, Measurement & Pictures
30 minute Zoom meeting to review questionnaire, discuss the scope of the project, tour the space, discuss the process. Provide us with dimensions & photographs of your space so we can start the planning stage.
Step 5
Concept Creation & Revisions
Your designer will create your initial design concept, mood board and drawings. Allow for 5-10 business days to receive your initial design. Revisions will be made if needed and depending on the package selected.
Step 6
Project Closure & photography
Revised set of drawings will be sent to you to finalize your project. Provide us with pictures of your new space when ready.
