Décor Package
(Individual room)

$600.00 CAD

(Plus applicable taxes)

This décor package is for an individual room. If the room is a smaller space such as a hallway, foyer or laundry room it will be reviewed on a case by case basis. Three or more rooms receives a discount of $150.


Includes:

  • Questionnaire 

  • Site visit for pictures and measurements

  • Mood board with inspiration images

  • Floor plan with furniture, area rug, light fixtures and one revision, if needed

  • Colour scheme

  • Shopping list

  • One plan presentation

Add ons (additional $100 per hour):

  • Design drawings (plan, elevation and perspective) of built-ins or fireplaces

  • Art and accessories selection

  • Revisions: All packages come with a fix amount of revisions. Further revisions will have an hourly fee charge of $100/hr.

How it works

Project Schedule

Step 1

Schedule a Pre Consult

A quick 10 minute call to find out the scope of your project and to find out if our services are suitable for you.

Step 2

Proposal, Agreement & Payment

Receive your service agreement document outlining the scope of work, fees, payment schedule, agreement, and deposit.

Step 3

Complete your Design Questionnaire

Fill out the design questionnaire that will be sent to your email. Send images of your space and inspirational photos. This is where we’ll get to know more about you and your dream space.

Step 4

Consultation + Site Measurement

Site meeting to review questionnaire, discuss the scope of the project, tour the space, discuss the process. We will take dimensions & photographs of your space so we can start the planning stage.

Step 5

Concept Creation & Revisions

Your designer will create your initial design concept, mood board and drawings. Expect to receive your design around 2-3 weeks depending on the size of the room or multiple rooms. Revisions will be made if needed. 

Step 6

Project Closure & photography

Revised set of drawings will be sent to you to finalize your project. A site meeting will be scheduled to take pictures of your new space when ready.
